ATD23 Round Up

Just got back from the ATD 2023 conference in San Diego, the annual gathering of the Association of Talent Development. As AI disrupts countless industries, the field of learning, training and skills development is no exception. Artificial Intelligence was a dominant theme throughout the conference and portends a paradigm shift in L&D in the near future. Here’s my brief round-up of the show.
